According to art.13 of D. Lgs. 196 dated 30/06/2003 and art. 13 GDPR 679/2016 Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani s.r.l., as Owner of the data processing activities, inform the interested party that its personal data is provided using the website forms, which specify the purposes for which and the methods by which the personal data collected is processed the extent to which it is communicated and diffused, and the nature of the way in which is provided.

This information applies solely and exclusively to the websites owned by the company and not to other websites consulted by the user via active links, if any, found on the pages of its websites. Simple navigation of the websites may result in the collection of data relating to persons who may be identified or identifiable.

OWNER

Owner of the data processing activities is Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani s.r.l., with registered offices at Viale XXV Aprile 7 19021 Arcola (Italy).

PURPOSES

The data collected from interested parties may be processed and is processed and used directly:

  • to perform the work needed to satisfy the requests submitted by interested parties;
  • to provide users with the portal content most appropriate for their needs;
  • for purposes closely connected with and/or necessary for use of the content made available on the websites www.cozzani.com and www.cozzani.it.
PROCESSED DATA

Navigation data:
As part of their normal usage, the IT systems and software dedicated to the functioning of these websites obtain certain personal data that is identifiable from the mere use of Internet communications protocols.
This information is not collected for deliberate association with identified interested parties, but by its nature, it could be used to identify users if processed and associated with data held by third parties.
This category of data includes the IP addresses and domain names of the computers employed by users to visit the websites, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the requests, the method used to submit requests to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the state of the reply sent by the server (success, error etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

Data provided directly by users:
The data provided on an explicit, voluntary and optional basis is used to satisfy the requests submitted by users (for example: when seeking information or clarification by writing to the e-mail addresses indicated on the home pages or internal pages of the websites, or by telephoning or sending faxes to the numbers provided in the “contact us” section, or by accessing the private areas made available to clearly defined parties).

The websites contain detailed information about specific services that may be requested by users.

METHOD OF PROCESSING AND COMMUNICATION

The data gathered via the websites is processed using IT and data communications procedures. The data is not communicated to, sold to or exchanged with third parties.

COOKIES

The websites do not deliberately gather personal information about users. Cookies are not used to gather personal information and persistent cookies, or system that track user activity, are not used in any way.

The use of session cookies (not stored on the user’s computer and erased when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to transmission of the session identifiers (random numbers generated by the server) needed in order to allow secure and efficient navigations of the websites.

The session cookies used by these websites do not use IT techniques that might jeopardize the user’s privacy of navigation and do not allow the collection of personal data that identifies the user.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

At any time, interested parties may exercise their rights under art. 7 of Decree 196/2003 and art.13 c.2 and art.15 and following GDPR 679/2016 by contacting, without any formalities, the Owner of processing activities, Dott. In particular, the data subject shall have the right to obtain form the Owner of treatment as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to personal data (art.15 GDPR), the updates of data, the rectification and to have incomplete personal data completed (art.16 GDPR); the right to erasure of personal data (art.17 GDPR); the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing (art.18 GDPR); the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her (art.21 GDPR); the right to data portability (art.20 GDPR).

The interested party has the right to obtain also the transformation into an anonymous form or the blockage of data processed in violation of law, including any data that need not be retained in view of the reasons for which it was obtained or subsequently processed; the confirmation that the operation above have been brought to the attention of the of the parties to which the data has been communicated or distributed, except of this activity is impossible or would involve the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the rights to be safeguarded.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in a part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of its personal data, even if relevant to the purpose for which it was obtained; b) to the processing of its personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct marketing materials or for market research or commercial communication.
The interested party has also le right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (art. 15 GDPR).

PERIOD OF RETENTION

All user data and information is retained for the period needed for the purposes the processing, which is identified on a case-by-case basis in the separate information provided.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA

Except for the navigation data needed by the IT and data communications protocols, the personal data of users is provided freely on an optional basis. However, failure to provide such data will make it impossible to satisfy the requests submitted or that the user intends to submit.
