High Pressure Air

In the past ten years several valves for the production of micro-chips and solar cells have been supplied to the main producers of reciprocating compressors for Polysilicon application worldwide. In the valve designing phase high HCl rates and silicate contained in the gas require a careful material and technical solution choice, so as to guarantee the high reliability requested by this market.
Also air compression at very high pressure (more than 400bar) needs a special design due to very high temperatures which are reached.
