PROVISION OF CONSENT FOR SENDING NEWSLETTER
Having read the information provided pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 as amended and art.13 et seq. GDPR 679/2016 , and the purposes and methods of treatment, the interested party, aware that any lack of authorization implies the impossibility for the owner to follow up the processing activities subjected to express and specific consent, in particular:

According to art.13 of D. Lgs. 196 dated 30/06/2003 and art. 13 GDPR 679/2016 Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani S.r.l., as Owner of the data processing activities, inform the interested party that its personal data is provided using the website forms, which specify the purposes for which and the methods by which the personal data collected is processed the extent to which it is communicated and diffused, and the nature of the way in which is provided. PURPOSE The personal data collected from the interested party may be processed by Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani and, therefore, is processed and used solely for information, promotional and/or commercial purposes and to display technical documentation, in full compliance with the principles of propriety and legal requirements. METHODS The data is processed using IT procedures by internal personnel specifically appointed for this purpose. The data is stored in IT and electronic communications databases for which the minimum security measures required by the legislator are guaranteed. COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION The personal data collected is not diffused, communicated to, sold to or exchanged with third parties that are not associated with the Owner’s activities. OWNER The Owner of the processing of your personal data is Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani S.r.l. with registered office at Viale XXV Aprile, 7 19021 Arcola (Italy). You may however send any question or request concerning the processing of your personal data at privacy@cozzani.com PERIOD OF RETENTION The data will be retained for a period of 10 years, but will be deleted early upon request. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES The interested party may exercised its rights under art. 15 and following GDPR 679/2016. In particular, the interested party may obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of any personal data held, even if not yet formally recorded, and receive such data in an intelligible form. The interested party is entitled to know: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purpose and methods of processing; c) the logic applied if processing involves the use of electronic equipment; d) the identification details of the owner, the responsible parties and the representative in the territory of the State, responsible parties or in charge person. The interested party has the right to obtain the update, the correction or, if desired, the addition of data, the deletion, the transformation into an anonymous form or the blockage of data processed in violation of law, including any data that to need not be retained in view of the reason for which it was obtained or subsequently processed; confirmation that the operations above have been brought to the attention of the parties to which the data has been communicated or distributed, except if this activity is impossible or would involve the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the rights to be safeguard. According art. 21 GDPR 679/2016 the interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons in the processing of its personal data, even if relevant to the purpose for which it was obtained; to the processing of its personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct marketing materials or for market research or commercial communications. NATURE OF CONSENT AND THE PROVISION OF DATA In compliance with GPRD 679/2016 consent for the processing of the above data is necessary since it was gathered at the request of the interested party for information, promotional and/or commercial purposes and to display technical documentation. The provision of personal data is optional, although refusal to give consent means that the data will not be processed and access to the portal will not be possible. Mario Cozzani S.r.l. con sede in Viale XXV Aprile, 7 19021 Arcola (SP) in qualità di titolare del trattamento dei dati, informa l’interessato (utente) che rilascia i propri dati attraverso il form del sito, su quali siano le finalità e modalità di trattamento dei dati personali raccolti, il loro ambito di comunicazione e diffusione, oltre alla natura del loro conferimento. TITOLARE E RESPONSABILE DEL TRATTAMENTO Il titolare del trattamento dei dati è la Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani S.r.l. con sede legale in V.le XXV Aprile,7 Arcola. La lista aggiornata del personale interno autorizzato è presente presso la sede della società. Per ogni comunicazione ex art.7 e ss.D.Lgs.196/2003 a art.13 e ss. del GDPR 679/2016 il Titolare mette a disposizione l’indirizzo privacy@cozzani.com. FINALITA’ DEL TRATTAMENTO I dati raccolti presso l’interessato costituiscono dati oggetto del trattamento e sono, quindi, trattati ed utilizzati esclusivamente per scopi informativi, promozionali e/o commerciali, visualizzazione di documentazione tecnica, nel completo rispetto del principio della correttezza e delle disposizioni di legge. MODALITA’ DI TRATTAMENTO Il trattamento dei dati è eseguito attraverso procedure informatiche ad opera di soggetti interni appositamente autorizzati. I dati sono conservati in archivi informatici e telematici e sono assicurate le misure di sicurezza minime previste dal legislatore. COMUNICAZIONE E DIFFUSIONE I dati personali così raccolti non saranno comunicati, diffusi, venduti o scambiati con soggetti terzi estranei alle attività del titolare. CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI I dati saranno conservati per la durata di 10 anni, resta inteso che in caso di richiesta si provvederà anticipatamente alla cancellazione DIRITTI DELL’INTERESSATO Ai sensi dell’art.13 c.2 e artt.15 e segg. del GDPR 679/2016 e art.7 e seg. D.Lgs.n.196/2003 l’interessato ha : il diritto di chiedere al titolare l’accesso ai dati personali (art.15 GDPR), il loro aggiornamento, la rettifica, l’integrazione o limitazione del trattamento che lo riguardano (art.18 GDPR) o di opporsi per motivi legittimi al loro trattamento (art.21 GDPR) e il diritto alla portabilità dei dati (art.20 GDPR); ha il diritto di chiedere la cancellazione (art.17 GDPR), la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione della legge compresi quelli di cui non è necessaria la conservazione in relazione agli scopi per i quali i dati sono stati raccolti o successivamente trattati; l'attestazione che le operazioni di cui sopra sono state portate a conoscenza, anche per quanto riguarda il loro contenuto, di coloro ai quali i dati sono stati comunicati o diffusi, eccettuato il caso in cui tale adempimento si rivela impossibile o comporta un impiego di mezzi manifestamente sproporzionato rispetto al diritto tutelato. L'interessato ha diritto di opporsi, in tutto o in parte: a) per motivi legittimi al trattamento dei dati personali che lo riguardano, ancorché pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta; b) al trattamento di dati personali che lo riguardano a fini di invio di materiale pubblicitario o di vendita diretta o per il compimento di ricerche di mercato o di comunicazione commerciale ai sensi dell’art.7 D. Lgs.196/2003 e art.13 GDPR 679/2016. In caso di violazione delle normative interna e del GDPR, l’utente ha il diritto di proporre reclamo presso il Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, quale autorità preposta al controllo sul trattamento nello Stato Italiano.
