Since 1946 Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani s.r.l. has been designing and producing automatic valves and unloading systems for reciprocating compressors.
Excellence For You
A complete line of valves for reciprocating compressors is designed and manufactured by Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani s.r.l.. in Arcola facility, near La Spezia, in northern Italy. The company was founded in 1946 by Mario Cozzani and it is still owned and run by the Cozzani family. The plant was moved from the original town location in La Spezia to the new industrial area of Arcola in 1975. Production facilities were doubled in 1998 to cope with the growth of the company. In 2004 and then in 2008 the production area was further on enlarged.
Since 1996 the company has obtained the ISO 9001 certification. The Environmental Management System is certified in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 14001 standard.
The technical department is specialized in designing and optimizing customized products, using and implementing several advanced software. Innovation and quality of its own products form one of the company’s main aims, this achievement has always been followed with large investments in up-to-date machinery. Production is run in a very flexible way according to customer requirements, and can indifferently manufacture single or standard pieces’ lots. The service department offers an efficient and rapid overhaul for any valve of our production. Usually this service is run in cooperation with the compressor manufacturers, our customers. Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani s.r.l. in virtue of its own designing and production capacities as well as being commercially orientated towards OEM, has earned trustworthiness by selected customers of the most important compressor producers, European and non, thanks to whom our valves have been installed worldwide.
