Our engineering department identifies and develops cutting-edge techonolgy solutions for valves and actuators thanks the knowledge that grows year after year, for more than 75 years. Our technical department is fully equipped with CAD 2D systems, 3D modelling systems, Finite Element Method structural analysis, CFD software and its own developed calculation program, which also enables us to simulate and optimise the dynamic behaviour of the valve selaing elements.
Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani s.r.l. largely focuses on innovation and development of its own valves, thanks to the use of an up-to-date software for fluidodynamic analysis, and a full scale test bench to validate both CFD results and the new designs. We develop and keep improving also the materials used, ranging from special steels to innovative plastic materials.
